The annual NSW Rovers Bush Dance is held in July each year and guarantees a night of entertainment and laughs as Rovers pull out their flannies and jeans and attempt some traditional bush dancing.
The Bush Dance is traditionally held in a semi-rural location, however some years have seen the dance take place in more unusual venues such as Darling Harbour.
Crews or groups of Rovers with common interests tender to run the dance each year, with the Branch Rover Council voting on the best tender. Mereweather Rovers are running the 2009 Bush Dance.
